Tourism in Japan : Kiyosumi garden 清澄庭園

The circuit style garden where several small mountains are built around the pond, and garden stones are arranged. In 1878'  Iwasaki Yatarou of the Mitsubishi combine founder purchased, laid the foundation of the current garden. The garden is well maintained, and you can spend it slowly when you go. It is a good idea to visit every season and spend time while drinking tea. There is a friendly carp in the pond, when you hit your hands and play with water at the waterfront, carp come together in a flock. To feed is strictly prohibited, but a carp that opens a large mouth and seeks food is cute. A carp breed well and is Sumo grade.

池の周りに小さな山を幾つも築き、石を配置する回遊式林泉庭園。1878年に三菱財閥創業者、岩崎弥太郎が買い上げ現在の庭園の礎を築きました。庭園はよく手入れがなされており、いつ行かれてもゆっくりと過ごせます。季節ごとに足を運び茶を飲みながら時を過ごすもよいでしょう。池には人懐こい鯉がおり手を叩き、水辺でパァチャパァチャと水遊びしていると群れをなして集まってきます。餌を与えるのは厳禁ですが、大きな口を開けて餌を求める鯉は可愛い。育ちの良い大きな鯉は関取級です。
