NHK Broadcasting Museum.

It opened in 1956 (Showa 31) as the world's first broadcast specialty museum in Atagoyama, the birthplace of NHK.(※NHK is Japan Broadcasting Corp). At the time of opening, it used the Studio building of the Tokyo Broadcasting Bureau. Collection of over 30,000 items including recording disc. Radio receivers and television receivers of each era were exhibited, and stored as well as exhibited in a state where it operates when it. It can also run old record analog video.

NHK発祥の地である愛宕山に世界初の放送専門博物館として1956年(昭和31年)に開館。開館当時は東京放送局の局舎を使用していた。玉音盤など約3万件を超える資料を所蔵。それぞれの時代のラジオ受信機やテレビ受像機が展示され、通電すれば作動する状態で保存・展示。アナログビデオも稼働できるようにしている。
